Oliver Jaycock

Oliver Jaycock is Director of Corporate Affairs at London Luton Airport, leading on marketing, communications, digital innovation, stakeholder relations, and sustainability initiatives. With a career spanning nearly 20 years in aviation, Oliver is passionate about the sector’s impact on connecting people and places.

Having joined London Luton Airport over 13 years ago, Oliver has held various roles and has been a member of the Executive Management Team since 2021. He has played a key role in the airport’s extensive transformation—doubling passenger capacity, enhancing customer service, pioneering sustainable aviation efforts, and steering the organization through the severe challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. For the past decade Oliver has served as a Non-Executive Director with the Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce.

He holds a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, along with a first-class Business Management degree and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Wales.
