Connect to Work South Midlands has been created to support you to harness your unique skills to embark on a career tailored to you.
Connect to Work is a 12-month programme delivering personalised, person centred, one-to-one support to help you find a job.
- One-to-one help from an Employment Specialists who understands your unique challenges and recognises your strengths
- Connects employment with health and skills support, working closely to understand needs and challenges and helping employers get the best from participants they employ
- Access training courses and local services that boost your confidence and employability.

Connect to Work is with you every step of the way. When you join the programme our Employment Specialist will help you to identify the unique skills you have and match them with the career you want.
The Employment Specialist will help to create and refine your CV, support with finding and applying for jobs, and assist you throughout the interview process to give you the best opportunity to land the job of your dreams
If there are certain skills you’d like to develop, our Employment Specialist will help to find the right training courses and local support to build your confidence, giving you the tools to flourish in the workplace.
